The ultimate summer fruit that always accompanies us in our swims and on our vacations here in Greece, the fig, in addition to being delicious, is also extremely beneficial for our health – not that we needed any more reasons to... devour it. Although they are not so... famous among the northern peoples, in the Mediterranean figs are a hit and are the hallmark of summer, while their true lovers consume them all year round in their dried form. Smaakt als vakantie in Griekenland

De combinatie van witte en zwarte vijgen met kaneel is perfect. Het doet me denken aan onze zomervakantie in de Middellandse Zee. Een heerlijke vijgenjam zonder suiker – ik bestel zeker opnieuw!

Ik heb veel suikervrije jams geprobeerd, maar deze is echt top. De textuur is precies goed, niet te dun en niet te dik. Je proeft dat het een gezonde vijgenjam is, zonder kunstmatige nasmaak.

Niet te zoet, precies goed

Heerlijke pure vijgensmaak

Lekker op brood én in yoghurt

Ik gebruik deze vijgenjam zowel op brood als door de yoghurt. Omdat er geen suiker is toegevoegd voelt het veel lichter, maar de smaak is nog steeds intens.
